Participating in the Lord’s Supper and rushing out does not mean that I have fulfilled my obligations.  The Israelites were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and sea, they all partook of the same Manna from heaven, they all drank for the Rock and eat the same spiritual food, yet God was still not pleased with them.  The actions need to be coupled with faith, and faithful life is a dedicated life to the Lord and His bride, the church! (1 Corinthians 10:1-8) -23,000 died in one day!
